These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EasyCash (the "Platform"), accessible at https://www.easy-cash.co.za. By registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to register as a participant. You must provide accurate, current information during registration, including a valid South African phone number.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@easy-cash.co.za if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. How Earnings Work
Upon registration you receive a unique referral link. When a visitor lands on your link ("a view") and proceeds by pressing Continue ("a click"), your account is credited according to the platform's current rate, shown on your dashboard. Earnings are tracked automatically and shown in real time under Analytics.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: generate views or clicks through automated tools, bots, incentivized click farms, or any other artificial means; create multiple accounts to inflate earnings; misrepresent the Platform when sharing your link; or otherwise attempt to defraud the Platform or other users. We reserve the right to withhold earnings, suspend, or permanently close accounts found in violation of this section, with or without prior notice.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be requested once your available balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on your Payments page. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our team to the South African bank account details you provide. Processing times may vary; you will be notified by email once your withdrawal is marked as paid or rejected.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you by email and explain the reason.
7. Platform Changes
We may modify these Terms, the earnings rate, the minimum withdrawal amount, or any other platform feature at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, uninterrupted availability, or that the Platform will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
